The Internet Society (ISOC) India Bengaluru Chapter recently organized a highly successful two-day workshop focused on DNS & DNS Security and DNS, Universal Acceptance (UA), Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs), and Email Address Internationalization (EAI). The workshop was conducted in collaboration with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), Mitel India, and Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 100 participants, joining both in person and remotely, representing corporate professionals, academic institutions, and members of the Internet community. The sessions aimed to strengthen understanding of critical Internet infrastructure, security practices, and the importance of building a more inclusive and resilient Internet.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Champika Wijayatunga and Yash Agarwal from ICANN for their excellent on-site support and hands-on engagement. Their expertise and dedication played a key role in delivering high-quality training to participants from both corporate and academic backgrounds.
